Bible Curriculum Resources

  • National Council on Bible Curriculum in Public Schools (www.bibleinschools.net) - The curriculum for the program shows a concern to convey the content of the Bible as compared to literature and history. The program is concerned with education rather than indoctrination of students. The central approach of the class is simply to study the Bible as a foundation document of society, and that approach is altogether appropriate in a comprehensive program of secular education.  Greensboro, NC
  • Bible In The Schools ( www.bibleintheschools.com) - To enrich the next generation with the wisdom and knowledge of the Bible by developing curriculum, training, and financial resources for elective, for-credit courses in Bible history, using the Bible as the text, taught in a controlled curriculum by trained and certified middle and high school teachers, employed by the Hamilton County Department of Education.
  • Bible Literacy Project (www.bibleliteracy.org) - The Bible and its Influence - The text covers the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation. The book guides the biblical reading and frames the classroom discussions in constitutionally acceptable ways. The book is rich in illustration and filled with features that demonstrate the Bible’s influence on various aspects of life and culture.
