Update on Free Bible Distribution Projects
Our partner organization, World Changers of Florida, Inc. (WCFI), has successfully distributed free Bibles in Collier County high schools for a number of years. WCFI will do so again this school year. Fund raising and volunteer recruitment is well underway. If you are a Collier resident and would like to get involved you can indicate your interest by registering on this website (www.ilc-inc.org). Once you have registered you can “Join” the Community (http://www.ilc-inc.org/group/bible-distribution-collier-cty-fl).
Recently, Jerry Rutherford, President of WCFI received approval from the Orange County school district to distribute free Bibles in its high schools. Arrangements are underway to coordinate fund raising and volunteer recruiting through area churches. Inspired Learning Center (ILC) is providing Internet support for these projects. Networked Community/Groups have been created which will enable the local team leaders and volunteers to coordinate communications and efforts. In addition, ILC’s website will enable contributors to make tax deductible donations to support a particular Community project.
